What has been your "OMG LO is getting so big" moment lately?

While putting on my son's PJ's tonight I noticed he's only about an inch shorter than the length of his changing pad!   Soon his legs will hanging off the thing!!... kinda made me sad.

What has been your "OMG (baby) is getting so big" moment lately?

    When I talk to him and know he understands when I say " no " or "stop"

    When  he repeats what I say.

    When he kisses me without me asking for one.

    When he goes up in a size in clothing.

    When he moved to a convertible car seat. 

    Waaa my LO is growing up

     walking around Costco with him in the ergo, i realized that he is  too heavy at about 27 lbs,  and i considered trying to put him in the shopping  cart.

    Just today we made a trip to Hobby Lobby and I looked at her while she sat in the cart...she looked humongous!  So long!  She's been sleeping a lot the past two days...def a growth spurt.  

    Only two months till her first birthday.  Waaah.

    I got him out of his high chair after dinner tonight and said "let's go take a tubby" and he walked right to the bathroom where he gets his baths. I was so proud lol

    This morning was the first morning since DD was 4 months old (she is almost 10 motnhs now) that I left for work and she didn't cry. She was standing against the ottoman busy playing and just smiled when I kisssed her good bye and told her I was going to work, and went back to playing.

    In some ways it broke my heart just as much as the first day I went back to work and she screamed as a left. She is getting so big. My mom even rubbed salt in the wound as I left saying "doesn't it go so fast".......yes, yes it does.

    When I drop her off at dc, and they say mommy's gonna go, and she turns to me and waves. When she started calling the dog. When I get her dressed and she helps. Just about everything these days has been a milestone.

    C loves the bathroom. The other day I was standing by the closed bathroom door and she pulled up on my pants leg and then let go of me to reach for the door knob! No way she'd ever reach it, but the fact that she knows what it does and wants to, oh goodness!
