Pregnancy Yoga- Nashua area

Hello ladies! Has anyone taken pregnancy yoga classes in the Nashua area? I would like to start taking some classes, and found some through one of the medical centers, and some through independent yoga centers, but was just wondering is anyone had any experience or feedback.

    I just started taking yoga at Banyan Tree Yoga. I've only taken one class, but I liked it a lot and plan on going back. It was very relaxing and during the class it didn't feel like much of a workout, but I was definitely a little sore (in a good way) the next day so I know my muscles did get a workout.

    Thanks! They are one of the centers I found online. They seems to have a good atmosphere and lots of suppprt. I will have to check them out.
