Is anyone using Evening Primrose Oil? I bought a few bottles of 1300mg capsules. Any ideas or recommendations on how many I can take per day? I know some people insert then vaginally, but at 37wk3days I'm only planning to take orally. Any help is appreciated. At my appointment today baby was still pretty high and cervix was thick. Dilated to a 1. Starting to get antsy already...

    Yes. I'm 36 weeks and my midwife just started me on it. I'm taking a 1000mg in the morning orally, 1000mg at night orally, and 1000mg at night vaginally. I'm scheduled for a 39 week induction, so maybe that is why they have me taking so much so early because I'm 0cm high and thick.
