ETA; AWESOME! I want to add "Wanting to be read to". I'm not joking when I say that I'm at least on my 30th book today and I just want to be left alone! Stop asking me to read you a book!

nbsp;I third the book thing. "Baby bear baby bear what do you see?" The answer to that question is "I don't give a fruck." I have so many books memorized now and sometimes I'm just so thrilled when I can read a different one after reading the same one 10 times in a row. Luckily every now and then I can tell her "read to yourself" and she'll actually do it.

DD loves the Baby Bear, Brown Bear and Polar Bear. They are the same darn books! I read them because she loves them, but they drive me crazy.

I'm the evil mom who has been known to reach my limit the books out of reach so that E will play with something else - anything else. I admit it. She plays with her toys so well when there are no books around and sometimes I just need a fvucking break. I said it.

I'm the evil mom who has been known to reach my limit  the books out of reach so that E will play with something else - anything else. I admit it. She plays with her toys so well when there are no books around and sometimes I just need a fvucking break. I said it.

I also sometimes read aloud from a book I'm reading while flipping the pages of one of her books. She's started trying to rip my book so I don't know if that will last much longer. I keep most of her books in her closet.

P is obsessed with light switches. I have to pick him up so he can reach the switch and turn it on and off over and over and over! He's weird. Lol

Oh me too. And DH being a librarian is insult to injury. I never thought I would try to encourage toys over books but here we are.

Haha those are hilarious!

I can especially relate to number 2 right now. L just started really saying "mama" and I was so excited. And then I realized how annoying it can be after she says it 100 times in a row. For no reason. Good grief.

Reminds me of the Family Guy episode when Stewie keeps saying "Ma, Mom, Mommy, Ma..."
