Ring Test

Has anyone tried the ring test to predict the gender of the baby? For fun I tried it 7 times now and it did the same thing each time! I made extra sure my hand wasnt moving each time. It went back and forth for a boy and without pause swung in circles for a girl then completely stopped.

    No, what is it? 

    I am predicting a girl for myself. Based on how far away we had sex from O, it seems logical - aren't they the slow but strong swimmers?! DH, surpisingly, pointed that out to me. I guess only time will tell!

    Married since 2008 | TTC #1 since 2011

    2 losses: Nov '11 and Aug '12
    Dx: Feb '13 - HSG shows clear tubes but minor diverticulitis; Borderline DOR; Low DHEA and low testosterone.
    Moving on to IUI or IVF.

    3.4.13:  Holy crap! Surprise natural BFP on cycle #19. EDD 11.12.13
    We've got a peen.....it's a boy!

    I'm not sure I know the ring test ... but I'm hoping for one more girl. DH really wants a boy, but if we have a girl then we will try again :) Which means we could both be happy lol and he loves his girls!

    I've read that it's back and forth for a girl, circles for a boy. The Chinese gender chart has been pretty accurate for me and everyone else I know.

    I did this back in high school when my sisters were pregnant .. The ring swung 5 times and I asked to stop because it was freaking me out!!
    And I have done it now since starting to try. Swings 6 times before it stops!!!
    It's boy girl boy boy girl girl... Already had 2 losses so I believe this 3rd pregnancy is a boy...

    Although I haven't tried a ring test I did do the chinese gender predictor which said Girl.  I'm hoping for this so we will see.  I might also try that gender predictor you can get at the drug store anyone try one of these in the past?  Did it work?

     We had multiple eggs fertilized the same day and we know they are not all male or all female.

    I did a pendulum and asked it. It said no to girl and yes to boy. I'm hoping for a girl because we would love one of each and I already have my precious DS.
