Recommend your humidifier please

I was looking into possibly buying one for my daughter's room (who is 5 months).  I was wondering what the advantages/disadvantages are between a warm mist & cool mist humidifier.  I would like to buy one to have handy in the account that we need it.  I appreciate your help.

    We have the Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier it was $19.99 at Target and works really well.

    Yup, that's what we have too.  It's awesome....well, I mean it's a good humidifier (how awesome can it be?)

    We had that one (Vicks cheap one) and it made the room soooo cold.  Also, other reviews state that it does not sterilize the water so it could cause mold and bacteria to grow (not sure how paranoid I am about that).  We really wanted a warm mist one but didn't want one that would create a burn hazard.  We got one that is both warm and cool mist (the warm is like room temp) and sanitizes the "steam".  You can direct the steam flow as well as change the amount that comes out.  All this came at a hefty price ($140) but we like it SOOOO much better than the cheap one.  It is also TONS quieter.  I think the brand is germ something or other.
