Mobile users: It worked! Baby flipped!
So yesterday I posted how baby had turned breech once again, after being head down for two weeks. Well someone posted something about an ironing board trick...I googled it and turns out it is just propping up an ironing board on your couch and laying on it feet up for about 20 minutes. I asked my doctor about this (she's a good friend so I just texted her) and she said she's heard it actually works about 85% of the time, so go for it. She suggested putting a heating pad down low near my pubic bone and an ice pack up high on my uterus, to encourage baby to "move towards the heat". Laying like that is supposed to open up your pelvis and give baby room to make a move.
Well I know I looked ridiculous, and even had dh take a picture because it was so funny, but sure enough, I could feel baby turning. I had a growth scan this morning, just 24 hours after my last ultrasound in which baby was completely breech, and what do you know?!? Baby is now head down!!!
I honestly am kind of shocked it worked, but it did! Thought I'd share it with all you ladies praying for a baby flip in the next couple weeks. It's worth a shot right?
Edited to add funny picture haha...

I'm seriously doing this later!
Over-40 parents...what we lack in vigor, we make up for with cunning.
I've been kind of stressing about Rhys being breech. I know D was head down at this point already but my midwives haven't said either way where Rhys is. Ineed to ask at my next appointment.
Glad it worked for you though.
