Honestly? They are both beautiful, and they both sound great with the sibset.
Samuel, Charlie, and Lucy are more well-matched in terms of popularity. (All top 100 or variations of top 100 names.)
But Samuel, Charlie, and Georgia sound great together, too.
If it were my child, I think I slightly prefer Lucy. Which do you prefer?

I like them both, but....
I slightly prefer Georgia in terms of prettiness.
I slightly prefer Lucy in terms of matching with your sibset.
....if that makes sense.

I adore Lucy. DH is not a fan, but it would be my top girl name if I were left to my own devices.

I like them both. I think they both sound great with your sib set but I like Georgia more because its longer and I think it looks best with your names. If it had been Lucille nn Lucy I would have choose that.
