I have ordered from Lil tulips twice now and both times have had very poor packaging. My package today was opened on both ends and missing my lip gloss and paperwork...amazingly my detergent and fitted were still there. Who uses a priority envelope to ship detergent in?! I emailed them...anyone else experience bad packaging with them? I'd like to order from them again but considering I had to mail back my applecheeks cover at my expense last time due to their packaging I'm really frustrated. I was hoping it was an isolated incident!

I was...and I think they have amazing customer service b/c of this! But to have two orders with bad packaging? My stuff today was literally hanging out both ends!

I'm a little confused as to why your upset you had to pay to ship a product back to them after you cut it...
As for the shipping, I've never used the company, but if I was dissatisfied with the way a company shipped a product to me on two different occasions, I would find a different company to use.
