Hey Ladies!
I am due with baby #3 in June, and will be exclusively breastfeeding. I am not sure if I will return to work or not after my little guy arrives, but just in case...I would like to pump my milk, and was wondering what kind of bottles/nipples you use that closest next to the breast. I would like to start checking around now for certain bottles and nipples.
thanks!

I've read this too, but they're REALLY expensive! We like the playtex ventaire bottles.
We are going to try the Medela Calma. They are expensive but because we will only be bottle feeding once a day at the most, we will only need one.
We've used Playtex drop ins and the Ventair in the wide size and DS really liked those.
Thanks ladies! I got a two different bottles in little gift bags, and will try those. one is advent, and the other is tommee tippee. I plan to buy a medela brand and try that one too.
My first son took the bottle and breast very easy...it didn't matter to him what kind of bottle/nipple he had, just as long as he was fed. That was 12 (almost 13 years ago)
My second son wouldn't take a bottle at all. we tried a few different kinds and he would just gag on the nipples.
If this new little guy takes the bottle, I would prefer a glass bottle, can any of those nipples off those bottles fit a glass bottle do you know?
thanks
Brandi
Has anyone tried the Mimijumi bottles? I've seen these bottles at a specialty store here where I live...and I believe they were created or come from Europe. They are supposed to be good. Just curious if anyone has tried that brand before?

They also grow with baby, so you don't have to replace and go up to the next stage nipple!

We started with glass Born Free (I liked them) and baby took those OK from weeks 4-9. Then she stopped taking the bottle or a pacifier and went on some sort of strike-- only wanted the boob. We got her back into bottles with the Mimijumi-- it is a great bottle, hardly any parts, and good if your baby is super picky. But they're expensive, so I'd try the more conventional (and cheaper) bottles first. (the company is based in Tennessee but bottles are made in Europe).
