Sleep tips?

I'm desperately searching for ways to get comfortable enough to sleep at night.  Early on, the recliner provided a decent change of positions, but now it makes me feel like I can't breathe once I get reclined.  When I use extra pillows in bed, it seems to make me sweaty - or I can't get them comfortably placed.  I know I sound so whiny; I apologize!

Any tips to share?

    I have heard people talk about getting memory foam mattress toppers. I have a version of a tempurpedic mattress and sleep with minimal issues. I get hip pain, and my belly is very heavy to lift and roll over, but overall sleep well. Maybe try the mattress topper that is similar?
