Help! Sick relative coming to visit!

I'm having a relative come into town tomorrow. I just spoke to him on the phone and he sounds TERRIBLE and really sick. He's had his flight reservations for a few months, but I am worried about my little guy getting exposed to germs and getting sick too :( The relative is definitely coming though. What would you do?

    I would toss it out there if you speak again before seeing th relative that LO is going to be scarce or not o be held (nicely of course) this way they don't have an unreasonable expectations of holding/kissing LO, etc. and get insulted. Hopefully your relative has sense enough of his own not to touch baby. How long is he in town? Can you put off a visit for a couple days?

    No, he's only in town tomorrow through the weekend and is stay with us :/

    oh jeez. I would have lots of Clorox wipes on hand and wipe down bathroom, door knobs, TV remote, etc. frequently. Leave bottles of hand sanitizer around too. Maybe try to do activities out of the house so you aren't closed in together.

    I would ask him to get a hotel room personally, but I am also the person that changed our flight reservations the day of our visit to the in laws because my BIL (who lives with my MIL/FIL) was sick.  But if you are not crazy like me Stick out tongue I would do what PP suggested and get lots of lysol, hand sanitizer, not let him hold your LO, etc.
