Am I the only one that hasn't packed yet?

Perhaps it is because I am a STM, but I haven't packed my hospital bag. I also feel like I will be packing way less than last time (e.g., toiletries, socks, pillow, nursing tanks, etc.). Everything else, my hospital gave me.

ETA: And I am due the first week of April and am 35 weeks this week. I figure it will get done like right before I head out to the hospital.

I haven't packed yet, but that's because I ordered some nursing pjs that haven't arrived yet! As soon as they show up on my doorstop, I'll be packing (35 weeks this week).

Same here.

Plus a lot of the things I want to pack, I use on a regular basis. So what I'll most probably do is pack the baby's things, then write a list of the things I want to pack, and then just pack my bag when my water breaks (because my water breaks then nothing happens and I end up on pitocin, so I have plenty of time to pack before heading to the hospital).

I packed our diaper bag for the baby with things we "might need" and what I think i'll want at the hospital for LO! I have a running list of what to pack for myself and DH but haven't packed a thing yet. We'll get there I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow and I'm not concerned about it. We haven't put the car seat in yet either.

Have not started yet either... Since it is #3, my bag will be pretty light. nursing tanks, light bathrobe, comfy pants and shirt for going home, and flip flops. I just bought a few nursing tanks for the hospital this week, so I need to do laundry, get that started at some point. But I have 7 weeks until C-Day, so I still have time!

I haven't packed a thing. I only live 10 minutes from the hospital, so I'm not worries about it. If we make it to the csection date, that's not til april 22nd. My goal is april 6th, so maybe once I get nearer I'll pack a few things.

Nope haven't packed yet. We've asked my mom to be in the delivery room with us, and she's had her bag packed since we asked a couple weeks ago. She's also three hours away, so I don't blame her. We are waiting for our tour next week before we decide what we really need to bring and what we don't.

I'm aiming to have my bag packed by 36 weeks (4 weeks away), with the exception of things I am currently using like toiletries, camera etc. which can be packed right before heading to the hospital.

I haven't packed yet. I'm thinking about starting a bag, but it won't have much in it until right before we leave for the hospital. I made a list and I'll put that in the bag so I don't forget anything, but most stuff has to wait until then anyway.

Nope, 34 weeks and although it has crossed my mind as something that I will have to do, I am in no hurry to get it done. I figure by 36 weeks I will get a few thing together as an emergency in the car type bag but probably won't get everything else ready until 38 weeks or so, lots of time, or so I like to believe

Nope. I probably won't pack till the beginning of April, since my EDD is Apr. 29. Seems silly to pack any sooner. If necessary (ie: labour begins 5+ weeks early), DH can get a hospital bag ready for me pretty quickly. He is very efficient and obedient in times of stress. Wink

I know generally what I will want/need to bring, but not going to pack in advance. Its not like you feel your first contraction and have to race out the door to the hospital. I think I'll be able to find 10 minutes when I feel the onset of labor to pull a few things together.

havent packed yet. I think I might closer to 36-37 weeks. I am hoping not to spend to much time at the hospital this time around. I probably bring something for the baby and a few things for me.

I haven't packed my bag yet. I've just started working on getting some of the things we will need for our stay at the hospital. But I've yet to actually pack clothes and whatnot. I think I'm avoiding it because then it makes it very, very real.

I haven't yet either... it seems silly to me to pack when I'm still about 5 weeks away from even being full term, much less due. I'll probably pack in late March so that the basics are in my bag from 37 weeks on, but right now it just feels like overkill.

I'm due April 19 and have not packed. I have thought a lot about what I would pack but use a lot of the stuff! For example, I have these awesome nursing/sleep bras and will wear them in the hospital, but tend to wear them now. And the yoga pants I tend to wear a lot now too. I'll likely make a good list and start putting stuff in a bag about 4-5 weeks out.

I have the baby's bag packed with blankets and going home outfit, and lots of empty space to fill with the diapers the hospital will charge me for anyway... haha

But Not my bag yet... I will be taking a robe, but I wear that a lot, 2 pairs of black comfy pants, that i wear a lot, and everything else i plan on taking, i will use before then.

I think tonight I will make a list of stuff to stick on the fridge so if I don't get home to pack my bag, then DH knows what to grab for me.

I'm a STM and I actually just started my hospital bag today. On the other hand, baby number 2 has no nursery so I have done nothing else except wash some newborn clothes. DH told me he is a pro with the carseats now and that it will only take him a few minutes to install that so he is going to wait. I don't want too many things up in the air until the last minute so I'm trying to do what I can!

Not packed! Using everything and since it is baby#2- I am not taking all of the silly things I packed last time! This post did make me realize that I need to find my flip flops though :-)!! 34 weeks delivery 4/4 or 4/5 so I am in no hurry!

I haven't even thought about packing yet, it's still February. Like pp's I use everything I would pack on a regular basis anyway. I still have to buy a coming home outfit for the little guy. Ugh so much to do still!

FTM, due April 8th. DH and I just packed her diaper bag, but still need to buy a couple things for it but no biggie. Haven't packed our hospital bags yet though, her coming home outfit was shipped today, and a lot of what I need,I'm using daily. So maybe in a couple weeks ill get squared away especially since we have an ultrasound in 13 days to see if she is breech or head down.

oh my! We bought our car seat at like 17 weeks, and installed it about 2 weeks ago. I'd be bugging out if I were you! Lol

Why is everyone so convinced they are going to deliver early? I'll pack my bag when I hit 37 weeks...maybe. I have a car seat, but I haven't installed it yet.

With my first, I had both bags packed at 32 weeks lol. After reading this post, I decided I should probably start a list of things that I need to pack when the time comes... which probably won't be until I'm in labor (or the day of my induction or c/s if that's the case)

I way overpacked last time, so I only plan to pack a small duffel bag for both my items and baby items. DH probably won't be staying overnight this time, as he will be at home with DD1.
