Still with the sore breasts, queasiness/some nausea (got my prescription for Diclectin yesterday). Haven't told anybody yet, although 2 close friends at work guessed it due to watching me eat crackers and water in the morning, but I didn't confirm it with them.
Had my 2nd doctor's appt yesterday. Betas at 4 w 5 d were about 2000 and 5 w 2 days were over 7500, which is good. So she'll see me again in a month and try the doppler. That will be also be the same week I get my first ultrasound.
Not sure when we'll start telling people, holding off until 8 weeks for sure, but if I make it that far I may try to hold off until the ultrasound.

I'm 11 weeks today. We have our NT scan next Monday. I'm excited to see our little one! Molly is getting big fast. She took her first step this weekend, but scared herself and hasn't tried again. I don't even think she meant to do it. I'm interviewing for a PhD program I hope to start next fall this week and I'm nervous and excited. If I get in, life will be a little crazy, but it would be awesome for our futures.
Here is Molly eating corn from a week or two ago. She's a good Iowa girl, she loves her corn!
I thought it was funny at how I thought I was "showing" at 10 weeks here, so I am posting this for a comparison pic. Lol.
Gawd I got fat.
So I spent my first "false alarm" in L&D yesterday. I thought my water broke. Nope. Peed my pants. I would be embarassed except Adam Sandler always said only cool kids pee their pants, right??
So they checked me and I am 3cm, 50% effaced, and -1 station. They monitored me for a little while; no real contractions and James had great heart rate variability, so off I went! Getting excited for him to come. Hope everyone's doing well. T&P with you all.

AFM - Not much new to report. LO is still kicking and flipping like crazy. Nursery is well underway - walls are painted. Next step is putting up the chair rail and painting the tree mural. MH estimates about one more week and we'll (he'll!) be done. I'm just bidin' my time at work - last day is March 8. A little nervous about how I'm supposed to occupy my time until LO arrives in May, but I'm starting to see the whole lay-off situation as more of a blessing-in-disguise.

Hey ladies. Lucy is still 4 months (20 weeks). She is going through a severe growth spurt and a wonder week at the same time. She talks/sings to herself all day long, and she has recently started playing with her lower register (singing/squealing as low as she can). It's hilarious to listen to her. She is the happiest baby, despite her stomach issues, and she LOVES her brother more than anyone else in the world. She is super close to rolling over from back to belly and she just keeps getting better and more fun every day! Looking forward to reading this thread, and as always, I'm rooting for TTGP!
My beautiful girl:
The only Easter Bunny I can get behind. Maxwell Joseph 4/09 Lucy Violet 10/12
Quick check in this morning! No picture, I know I'm lame.
I'll be 36 weeks along as of tomorrow! I have my next appointment with the doctor tomorrow, but as of last Wednesday my little man had finally flipped head down (ohhhhh that's why my hips had been hurting more lately) and I was dilated one centimeter! I know I can hang out at 1cm for a while, but it's nice to make progress. We'll see if he decides to come early.
Meeting with the GD specialist on Thursday to do another growth ultrasound to make sure baby isn't too big and make sure he's still head down. Very exciting stuff.
I was planning on working til March 15th (due date is March 27th), but I think tomorrow my doctor and I are going to agree that next Friday should be my last day. Work is killing me and if there is a chance that I could be progressing before my due date, I'd like to get some rest before going into labor. I'm definitely wrestling with this idea, but I think it's going to be best for me and baby.
Love seeing all the babies and bellies!! Rooting for you TTGP!
Me: 30, DH: 33 Married 8/3/08 BFP 7/16/2012 (8th cycle), EDD 3/27/2012, Delivered 3/24/2013 - IT'S A BOY!
kelle - Glad baby is measuring well. I didn't have an NT with either child. Same as you, had to be approved, no family history, huge out of pocket cost. Between the cost of the c/s and paying for all the other things that came along with the pregnancy (I had horrible insurance), and my feelings about keeping the pregnancy unless baby had a terminal illness, I didn't see the point. Both my babies are completely healthy. That extra u/s is great for peace of mind, but not always doable for everyone.
Shay - Allison is a cutie pie!
holly321 - Logan is precious!
Dayna - I love you! I can't wait to see your belly grow and grow! I can't believe you are almost done with the first tri already. That makes me so excited!
Rora - I WANT CHARLIE!!! Glad your pukes have subsided. I hope they completely go away this time!
GDM - I already told you this, but Bennett's eyes are perfect. He's such a cute boy!
Blue - Look at the beautiful, big boy! Sidney is such a cutie!
Juicy - I LOVE THIS UPDATE! Look at your perfect peanut. I can't wait to find out for sure that she's a she! I have some Gonzaga onesies to send you, once Lucy grows out of them!
Cutiebean - I hope the m/s goes away soon. It sucks to be sick with a toddler. I feel your pain!
Purp - Congrats on your little girl!
csheedy - Brooklyn is BEAUTIFUL! I'm glad she's on the mend. Reflux is horrible!
OG - Look at that beautiful bump! It is just perfect, I have bump envy!
Eags - I love Charlie. Look at that smile. He is just perfect!
ROS - Yep, 32 weeks is about when I started to be done the second time around. Everything just happens so much faster. I hope you find some relief soon. You look great!
Key - Congrats on your baby boy!
Husky - That picture of David in your siggy is killing me. OMG is he the cutest boy or what?!
Kitton - MacKenzie is gorgeous, but 6 lbs is tiny! (That coming from the woman who gave birth to a 9 lb and and 8.5 lb baby).
Bucky - I love Wesley so much. He is such a sweetie! I hope you can find a fix for his reflux.
Psych - Good luck with your interview and your NT. I have all my crossables crossed for you! Yay Molly! Walking is so fun. Max took his first steps at around 12 months, but then he got sick and didn't actually walk until 15 months. I kinda liked having a late walker, and I might knock Lucy down if she tries to walk early! And next week, I want a Molly picture.
Kelly - I love you like WHOA! I want James now!
mndyhywrd - You are the cutest!
Jessuh - OMG, OMG, OMG. I WANT JILLY!! But Jilly, you need to stay put until daddy comes home!
Crammy - I love you. I already told you this, but I am here to coach you through everything. Call me whenever you need to! And I want my Boubeads!!! You are the cutest!
Meg - Yay! I am so glad he flipped. I hope he stays head down! GL at your GD appointment.
The only Easter Bunny I can get behind. Maxwell Joseph 4/09 Lucy Violet 10/12
I'll play today. It's been awhile since I checked in. I'm sure there's not too many that remember me aside from some "oldies"!
Sidney will turn 8 months next week. No signs of crawling yet but he's so good at sitting unassisted. He still hates tummy time so I'm not convinced this kid wil ever crawl! LOL I still have a few more months of mat leave and I'm trying not to think about it!
My DD is the same way! 9 months old, has always disliked tummy time and it content, for now, just sitting and watching everything.
Shay - I can't believe she is a month already! Time just flies!
Holly- Logan is adorable!
Dayna - I love your updates! GL at your NT scan
Erin - Glad all is well and congrats to your H!
Aurora - 12 weeks already!?! FX your m/s goes away!
Smelly- Don't worry about the weight until they say something. Your body knows what its doing!
gr8tdane - Bennett's eyes are amazing! Love blue eyes!
blue - Sidney is so cute! Can't believe he's 7 months already!
Dawn - Yay for a great NT scan!

Bella - GL on trying for #2!
kestock - Congrats on another healthy little boy! Glad all is going well!
Husky - Ack! That picture of David is absolutely adorable!
mrskitton - Mackenzie is so cute and little! Can't believe our little ones will be a month old already!
JAB - I love Wesley! Hope the medicine helps with his reflux and that he lets you get some sleep!

Hi girls! Ethan is 3 weeks as of yesterday and is such a good little guy! We had an appt this morning and he gained 20oz since our appt on 2/15! He now weighs 8.1lbs and we can stop waking him up in the night to feed! I am so flipping excited! He is still a long lean little boy though so out ped was very happy with that. We do have to take him to a physical therapist though because he favors looking to the right and she said we need to get that corrected now before it gets to the point of him needing a helmet. Here is a picture from the other morning:
I'm hoping next week I will be able to share pics from his newborn photo session. Sending good vibes and love to all the TTGP girls!

Cram: I'm sorry about your back!!! I've had ongoing back troubles (disc and vertebrae related). It's miserable. I hope the modified bed rest keeps you from being in too much pain and I hope that your delivery goes smoothly, whichever way you end up going!
Neems: Lucy is GORGEOUS! And that's so sweet that she loves her big brother! I totally considered pushing Molly down when she stood up for the first time. I wasn't ready!
Peach: Ethan is so sweet! It's good they're getting the physical therapy done right away! I hope that it is easy to correct!
Hi Ladies. I haven't updated in awhile but figured I would today. Audra will be 13 months old on Sunday and I absolutely cannot believe it. She's such a doll and I love her so much! I don't have a picture to post because my work's IP address has been banned from TinyPic and I don't know why.
I made the decision to come off of BCP and chart to avoid until we're ready to actively try for #2 (September). I have such fear that #2 will take longer to conceive then Audra did so I just want to be off of any BCP so my body has normal cycles. I'm so excited to start charting again that I've already unlocked my FF account even though I'm on the last week of my current pill pack--hehe. I love seeing everyone's updates
LADY!!! Holy moly, so good to see you post (not that I hang around much anymore...). I wish you could post a pic!
Yay for starting for #2!! I'll be rooting for you!

A little nervous about how I'm supposed to occupy my time until LO arrives in May, but I'm starting to see the whole lay-off situation as more of a blessing-in-disguise.
Here's my 28 week pic:

I think I finally look pregnant enough and not just fat to stop in here. This is me this past Saturday at 18 weeks 1 day. We had our anatomy scan today, our baby GIRL is perfectly healthy and we are so excited. We're pretty surprised because we both thought boy, but we're so excited to meet Kayla Kathryn!!
I was diagnosed early with gestational diabetes but so far I am doing great and keeping it under control.

BFP 7/16/2012 (8th cycle), EDD 3/27/2012, Delivered 3/24/2013 - IT'S A BOY!
Grace - You are getting so close.
kelle - Glad baby is measuring well.

Awww... you are the sweetest!! and I can't believe the Zags are so kicking arse right now!! GO ZAGS!!!

Leila turned 3 months old on Sunday! She is growing up too fast She is smiling and "talking" non-stop! I can't wait to hear her laugh...
Here's another shot at that picture. Let's see if it works this time. Molly eating her corn:
SweetC: Yay for double digits!!
Eags: Thanks for the encouragement!
LADY!!! Holy moly, so good to see you post (not that I hang around much anymore...). I wish you could post a pic!
