No exciting birth story, I had a planned c section last Monday, it was delayed a couple hours due to OR availability.
Shane was born 2/18 at1:16 pm weighing in at 7lb 13oz and 20 inches.
Overall doing well. I'm having engorgement issues in one of my breasts and can't get anything out of pumping, Hoping to meet with lactation consultant tomorrow. Other than that he has slight jaundice, but it looks like it's clearing up.

DX: MFI due to Chemo/Stem Cell Transplant for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. RE said IVF is best option with DH's frozen boys.
IVF #1 April 2012: Menopur and Bravelle; 1 egg retrieved, 0 fertilized. Boo.

for your engorgement, can you try hand expression? it often works much faster and is easier than the pump when it gets that bad.

IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p

For the engorgement, I find heat helps my milk release. Either a hot shower and hand expression or a hot compress then nurse or pump.
