? about jogging strollers

I know you're not supposed to jog with your LO in the jogging stroller until they are 6 mo, but do you think it would be OK to just walk? The reason I ask is right now I'm not able to exercise b/c I only have single strollers, with the exception of the jogging stroller. I've tried walking with DD in the stroller and DS in the bjorn, but I felt like I was rattling his brains out! DD walks too slow for me to put DS in the stroller and have her walk beside me. It would take me 20 years just to get down our street.

I think your LO will be fine if you are just walking in the bjorn with him facing you. Or can your infant seat snap into the jogging stroller? You can just put him in that. I'm on mobile so I can't see how old your LO is but I also have a neighbor who has always takes her kids out walking very young and she lays one of the seats all the way down and lays the infant in there. The baby seems just fine that way.

Do u mean to put DS in the stroller without the car seat?

We have a BOB and our car seat snaps into it. I walk with her all the time. It's our only stroller.

If u are wanting to use something similar without the car seat, it depends how well your LO fits in the seat. If u can get him seated and supported well I think you are fine to walk. For sure.

Yes, I guess I should have specified without a car seat. I'll have to check and see if one seat can lay flat. I didn't think about that. Thanks, ladies!
