So I offically go here again as of 2/19/13
Birthstory - I woke up on the 19th with the worst pain in mylife.. After puking on the dog, floor and bathroom I called the OB, who told me at 3 am to go to L&D for monitoring. I figured I had food poising, or something.
I got to L&D, hooked up on monitors.. noithing. No contractions. Short story my pancreas and Gallbladder were so inflammed they told me that I needed it out, ASAP, and seeing I was already 38w2d it was safe to induce the twins.
Pitocian kicked on when we had a game plan at 9 am, at 10 am I was 4 cm, water was broken, at 1pm I was a " Floppy 7" asked for a Epi to be put in (also due to having to deliver in OR)
Was fully ready at 3:45, and wheeled down to OR. Put in the stir-ups and was told next contraction to push.. So I did.. all to well Riley Eden came out in 1 push. Screaming her little head off at 3:52 pm.
U/S showed baby B still head down, so they pushed on my abdomen, and guided him down where his water exploded, or as Jay says Looked like someone took a full bucket of water and completely drenched the OB. It was on the walls, the bed, the Doc.. we were all cracking up.
So they told me to push again, of course hard to push when you hear people talking about the slip and slide my child just created, and again on 1 long push Carter Alexander was born at 4:01 pm.
They cleaned me up, and took us all back to the room, where they weighted them. Riley 7lbs 5 ozs, and Carter 7lbs 9.6ozs. Almost 15 lbs of baby.
So the next day, I went under the knife and got my infected gallbladder out. Recovery sucks @ss. Between my lady bits trying to go back to size, my abdomen had 4 holes in it, my milk came in, so I'm just a winey person right now.
But to the good stuff.. BABIES!!

But were all home, I'm in love. I've accidenly called Carter, Zachary a few times.
They are pretty easy to handle, would be easier if I was not so inmobile, but that should change in a week or so.

I'm glad your MIL is gone and that you've got your precious babies with you. I love that photo of you with them and the monkey hat one as well...and I can totally see the resemblance to Z.
