Good luck, mama. I know exactly how you feel right now, and I'm wishing you all the best in the weeks to come. Congratulations on your little boy! I hope things go as smoothly as they can. Please feel free to PM me if I can help or if you want to talk. I had my baby at 26w3d, and I have another friend who had her twins at 26w1d. She wanted me to let you know that she'd be more than happy to help if you want me to put you in touch with her.
If you aren't ready to talk right away but want to chat later, page me here or PM me. I'm not the best at checking the board, but I'll try to keep an eye out for it. It may take a couple of pages, though, but I'll also try to watch my PMs. The preemie board is also a great resource.
