Hypnobirthing / Hypnobabies ??

Hello ladies. Has anyone done the hypnobirthing classes and/or listed to hypnobabies? I've only heard amazing things!!

If you have, please share where in the SoFL area you went for the classes.

    Check the news Channel 25 website I believe . They were just talking about this on the news last night . I want to say the birthing place is located down in Delray Beach .. If that does not work google it :)  Good Luck

    We are taking classes in March but I've already read the book. We are going to start practicing the breathing and relaxation techniques soon. I live in Baltimore, so my classes won't help. But, if you go to hypnobirthing.com, they have a link that lets you find classes in your area. I've only heard good things, as well!
