The dreaded belly touch...

Just had the first one over the weekend. :-/

It probably wouldn't have been so bad if my friend hadn't made the comment, "I'm going to do something inappropriate." And touched my stomach before she even finished greeting me.

urk.

    I've had a few family members and people I know do it. It was just a second so it wasn't THAT bad but I still hated it. I literally grimaced the last time my husband said. The second a stranger touches me... I don't know what I'll do, but they better hope I'm having a good day!!

    Ugh, my brother in law got me last weekend! There are some people I don't mind if they do...mom, sister, BFF...everyone else, please don't!

    My FIL's girlfriend tried to do it the last time we saw them. She was asking me a question in the process of trying to touch, I VERY RUDELY (looking back on it) turned my back to her and jumped into DH and FIL's conversation.... I didn't know what else to do.

     

    My sister says I should act like I have turrets and flail my arms in front of me.

    I have a friend that can't seem to stop touching my belly. She's done it since I first told her I was pregnant and now does it even more since I actually have a visible bump. My DH doesn't even touch my belly as much as her...slightly annoying!

    Saw my mother in law for the first time since Christmas and she asked if she could touch my belly. It was really sweet!! And not what I expected. When hubs or family touches my belly thats okay, I have an issue when friends do it...
