Breastmilk and pink eye

I am currently putting milk in my eyes in hopes that it will cure my pink eye. I did for DS when he had it and it cleared up eventually. Nothing to write home about, but hopefully it will work faster for me because I really don't want to go to the doctor. Never heard of doing this? Breastmilk is amazing, so you shouldn't be surprised. ;-)

    my friend did that and it cleared up het pink eye and her sons. breast milk is amazing!

    Yep gave an 1 oz to a friend with 4 year old to clear up her pink eye and it totally worked. Raw milk rocks!

    So far the eye has not been oozing anything and really doesn't look all that bad. Still pink, but I feel like this might be working! I really hope this means I am not AS contagious as if it were oozing. I REALLY don't want my kids to get it.
