I offer it maybe once a week, diluted with some water. DS usually drinks water or his bottle. He loves real fruit. Juice isn't necessary and it is preferable to actually eat fruit.
I know juice is helpful for constipation. Other than that I don't think there's any real need for it. We haven't introduced it yet and we probably won't for the foreseeable future.
I am not giving DD juice because of the sugar. I know some people dilute it with water, but I prefer not to use it at all. Just my personal opinion for my child
I have no intention of giving it to her before a year and probably not for a while after that. Its useful for constipation so thats the only reason to really introduce it IMO.

Ditto this. I don't intend on giving DD juice before her 1st, possibly 2nd bday. And even then it will be diluted.
I also only planned to give DD juice if constipated and she was earlier this week and wouldn't drink the juice she spit it out. So I guess I will try again for constipation but I can't promise she will cooperate hehe!
