I am making chicken fettuchini alfredo for dinner tonight, but every time I bake the chicken ( instead of grilling outside, which is not an option right now, with all the snow) its is really dry and tasteless, even after I marinade it. Any other suggestions for cooking chicken to put in the alfredo, that wont make it super dry? TIA!
Re: need chicken help!
We use the George Foreman Grill
Nah. I keep it moving the whole time and it comes out fine.
I know that you have probably already cooked but I bake chicken - even if I am doing alfredo (DH does it differently) but I actually drizzle olive oil and massage it in a little.
DH cuts up the raw chicke and puts it into a frying pan (uses PAM) and then after the chicken is cooked he adds the alfredo sauce to the pan with the chicken... It never comes out dry. just for future ideas
This is an easy & yummy baked chicken. You could serve the fettucini alfredo on the side.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
I often throw in some grated parmesan in with the breadcrumbs.
Otherwise, I suggest cutting it into small pieces, seasoning it and cooking it in your sauce.
Buon Appetito!
