I stink at tipping. I have no idea how much to ever tip. What is the going rate to tip for an one hour prenatal massage?

I tip 20% for spa/hair services, just like I would do at restaurants. Unless they were horrible....

I tip $20, rounded up usually to the neatest $5/$10 increment to make the math easier in my head.

I have mine done at a chiropractor's office, so you don't tip. I feel weird leaving him hanging, but it's a medical service, I guess.

I'm a massage therapist. $20 tip is a lot. It's really appreciated but I am always blown away with that big of a tip! Average is 20%. I usually get about $7-$10

It really depends on the cost of the massage. I always tip 20%, so if the massage were $100, I would tip $20. I know some people tip 15% to 18%, which is totally fine, but if the service were good, I would definitely tip 20%.

If you don't know the cost of the massage because it was a gift, just ask about the cost at the front desk.

I usually pay around $30-$40 on groupon for a prenatal massage but i know your supposed to tip on the prediscounted price so i usually tip $10 which is 20% of $100 massage. I think $20 is a lot.

Just so you know I think $10 is probably fine, but that's only 10%, not 20%, of $100!

I tip at the spa the way I would at a restaurant: 20% for good to excellent service.

20% of $100 is $20. Not $10.

This is a good question that I have been wondering myself actually. My massage is at a physical therapy place, so I am nervous about tipping! It isn't a spa, so I am not sure if a tip is commonplace.

Umm... $10 is 10% of $100. $20 would be 20%.
