Inversion tables are out, right?

DH has one, and it looks so inviting lately. My back is just all tight, and I can't stretch it out properly. :(

    Hmm I think it depends. I was on one a lot at the end last time because I had a breech baby we were trying to flip and that was recommended. I don't know about just for regular use but I'm sure a nurse could answer that pretty quick over the phone if you call!

    I still do handstands and headstands and they are totally fine..so very similar... I wouldn't stay upside down for a long period of time :)
