My mom bought us a travel set which is our stroller and car seat. We got Britax B-Agile. We looked at differant brands and styles this one my husband just seemed to be sold on.
We did not register for a convertible car seat. I imagine we will likely stick with Britax. Again my husband did the research and he seems to really like this brand.
Stroller: B-Agile by Britax (again we bought as a travel set)
Swing: Snugabunny cradle and swing by Fisher Price
Pack and Play: Safety 1st Lux Cuddle Playyard (is this the same as a pack and play?)
Monitor: We have yet to register and this is the great debate in our house. To get one or not? Should it be internet accessable so my husband can check in from work? Do we need a visual aid? Shouldn't we be able to hear the baby cry? The debate....well fight continues in our home.
We have everything already from DD, so here are the brands we have:
Infant Car Seat: Chicco Keyfit 30 with bases for each car
Convertible Car Seat: Britax Roundabout 55 (my car), Britax Boulevard 70 CS (Our van, which DD is in more often), and then another Roundabout for in laws (they live in another state, and we bought one to leave there for when we fly to see them)
Stroller: Snap N Go frame (when she was still in her infant seat), Peg Perego Vela now
Pack and Play: Chicco Lullaby LX
Swing/ Bouncer: Fisher Price Rainforest (given to us by a co-worker)
Convertible Car Seat: Have not included on our registry, but I might at some point. If nothing else so we can buy it with the completion coupon.
Stroller: City Mini GT
Pack and Play: Graco. Just the basic version (no newborn napper/etc)
Swing/ Bouncer: All about Fisher Price Snugabunny here... Snugabunny swing and bouncer. I almost registered for the Little Lamb swing but then someone on here pointed out that it only runs on batteries and doesn't plug into the wall - big problem.
Monitor: Summer Infant BabyTouch Digital Video Monitor. Also considered the Motorola video monitor, still might switch to this one. I read the night vision on the Motorola one isn't great but the Summer Infant monitor is newer and doesn't have a lot of reviews yet.
We are in a bit of a weird situation, in that we have these items already from when my daughter was born, but are moving from England to the US just after this baby is born and won't be able to move all of our stuff back so we are having to repurchase a lot of it. I think this is what we've settled on for now, though.
Infant: We had the Maxi Cosi CabrioFix for our daughter but don't plan to use an infant car seat once we're in the US. I'm not a big fan of keeping babies in infant car seats by moving them from car to stroller to inside for naps, etc. (technically, babies aren't supposed to be in infant car seats for more than 2 hours total each day) and don't see any need to buy another infant seat again.
Convertible: We're planning to purchase one of the US Britax seats (leaning towards the Marathon 70-G3) for the baby and bringing over our Britax Hi-Way II (a Swedish rear-facing only seat that rear faces to 55 pounds) for our daughter.
Stroller: I'm thinking we'll purchase a single City Mini for our daughter to use when she gets tired of walking and will wear the baby.
Pack and Play: This time around, I'm pretty sure we're skipping this. We could never get our daughter to sleep in ours when we traveled and she always ended up in our bed at the hotel or at our parents' houses.
Swing/Bouncer: I'm looking at the Fisher Price Alpha Fun Infant to Toddler Rocker and the My Little Snugabunny swing but not committed to having either/both at the moment. My daughter hated our bouncer and loved our swing, but I'm not sure I want to purchase another swing after we move.
Monitor: We will repurchase the Angelcare Baby Movement and Sound monitor that we used with our daughter (we're not bothering to move any electronics between countries). We had no complaints from using it before.
Stroller: Baby Jogger City Mini GT with Britax B-safe infant seat adaptor
Pack and Play: Undecided
Swing/ Bouncer: Snuggabunny or whatever it is from FP
Monitor: Undecided - trying to choose between Motorola and Summer Infant
Is the Britax B-sale adaptor for the City Mini new?! I didn't even look at the Britax B-safe because I thought it wasn't compatible with the City Mini!!
Infant Car Seat: Graco travel system (Snugride 30 + stroller)
Convertible Car Seat: Recaro ProRide, only one my husband wants in his car!
Stroller: The Graco one above. Hope to wear the baby more than stroll, but depending on how things shake out, might get a cheapo umbrella stroller later
Pack and Play: Graco w/ the napper
Swing/ Bouncer: None. We have an antique cradle (kinda like this) and hope to just use that
Has anyone registered yet? What is everyone registering for?
We're going this weekend, and I was curious to see what types/brands everyone had picked out.
Infant Car Seat: Chicco Keyfit 30
Convertible Car Seat: Not buying one yet, didn't register for one with M. We'll end up getting the same one she has, Graco My Ride 65.
Stroller: Chicco Liteway Plus
Pack and Play: We registered for a basic Safety 1st one from Target for M. We won't be getting a new one, instead we'll be using our PeaPod Travel Bed when we would otherwise use a PnP... much more compact/lighter/smaller.
Swing/ Bouncer: We have the FP Snugabunny from M and LOVE it, we'll be using it for this one too.
Monitor: We registered for/have the Sony BabyCall for M and loved it but will be getting the Summer Infant Babytouch Color Video Monitor with 2 cameras this time. One camera for each baby, it seemed to have the best reviews and I also read that it is the only video camera w/ dual view that audio pans too. Where as other monitors, when the video display is off the audio monitor sticks on whichever camera was last viewed (i.e. we wouldn't be able to hear LO#2 if DD's room was last on the monitor)... this one pans both cameras audio feed.
Proud babywearing, breastfeeding, vaccinating SAHM of 2U2!
Infant Car Seat: Graco 22, I didn't register for it, my mom oickd it out and bought it for me for my shower.
Convertible Car Seat: We didn't register for the Convertible car seats, we bought 2 at Costco, they are Safety First Alpha Elite 65.
Stroller: For DD we got a Graco Stride Lite. I will be getting a Graco Ready2Grow
Pack and Play: Again, I didn't register for anything but my sister got me a cheapy Cosco one from Burlington and it has worked perfectly-we didn't use it for sleeping, only a safe place to put her while we showered or something, actually, we still use it.
Swing/ Bouncer: Borrowed both of these items
Monitor: I have one but I don't remember what it is and we didn't really use it with DD, I doubt we will with #2

Infant Car Seat:
Britax chaperone
Convertible Car Seat:
Didn't do one of these
Stroller:
Britax B Agile
Pack and Play:
The brand is 4Moms. It's pricey and looks boring, but we were sold on the ease of set up and tear down.
Swing/ Bouncer:
Fisher Price SnuggaMonkey for both
Monitor:
The Motorola Video monitor that will pan and zoom. Not sure about model .
Have fun and good luck!!!!
Have you seen the Snugamonkey version of the swingbouncer? I preferred it to the bunny. I couldn't find it a BRU but Target has it!
We have everything already from DD, so here are the brands we have:

Pack and Play: Chicco Lullaby LX
Swing/ Bouncer: Fisher Price Rainforest (given to us by a co-worker)
Monitor: Sony Baby Call Monitor
Infant: Haven't picked one
Convertible: Insurance sent us a Safty 1st air protect? I looked it up and was pretty pleased with the ratings.
Stroller: Contour Optima II double in red, found it for 50$ at Burlington then what amazon or target was selling it for.
Pack and Play: Graco one from BRU with green sides. Nuetral enough and nothing fancy about it.
Swing/Bouncer: Both from the I luv zoo line on fisher price. Its the only swing I could find that plugged in that I liked and the bouncer was on sale.
Monitor: Don't remember, not what I registered for, got it at Christmas and has been buried in baby stuff since then.
Infant Car Seat: Chicco Keyfit 30
Convertible Car Seat: Have not included on our registry, but I might at some point. If nothing else so we can buy it with the completion coupon.
Stroller: City Mini GT
