I'm 11weeks today and I wake up during the night on my stomach...do I need to stop this? Also I told someone today that I hadn't been sick and they said well I hope you do because that means you have a heathy baby...I'm sure it can go both ways but know I'm a little worried about not having morning sickness? Clearly I'm a first time mom any advice is appreciated.

Re: Sleeping on stomach?
As far as being sick, count yourself lucky. There are some women who don't experience many symptoms at all and still go on to have a nice healthy baby. Don't even worry about it. Trust me...the symptoms aren't all that fun! lol!
Eventually you will want to stop sleeping on your stomach, but your body usually lets you know because it will begin to be uncomfortable. I don't think it's until 20ish weeks that you need to worry about it.
Shame on people for giving you reasons to worry because you haven't been sick. Generally, m/s is a sign of a healthy baby, but it doesn't work the other way around - no m/s is not a sign of an unhealthy baby. Enjoy your pregnancy! Your next one could be the opposite!
As far as sickness goes, that was very false information you were given. No symptom is a sign of how healthy the baby is. Some women never get sick and have perfect babies. It's a blessing, so love it! Things could change overnight.
I'm super paranoid about pressure on my stomach but apparently your body will just tell you when it gets too uncomfortable.
Don't buy into the m/s myth. My mom never had it with me or my sis and we turned out okay
This person has no idea what in the hell they're talking about. Ignore.

You are good. Sleep however you can sleep at this point. Your body will tell you when you need to move. At some point, that won't be possible anymore, so enjoy it while you can babe!
Also, no M/S does NOT mean you don't have a healthy baby. Some women never have any M/S or vomiting and their babes are fine. Some are sick from the get-go and it never lets up. Their babes are fine, too. Like I mentioned earlier, please enjoy it. I am sick from the time I wake up until I go to sleep (and even during the middle of the night at times). There will be other symptoms down the road that remind you just how pregnant you are.
