I like to make tilapia baked in foil packets in the oven. Lay each fillet out on a square of aluminum foil. Put a small pat of butter, minced garlic, lemon juice and parsley over the top. Fold foil into a packet around fillet. Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes.
I made some the other night and sprinkled it with olive oil, pepper, and paprika.
I cannot have lemon, lime, or pineapple.....and Gator cannot have anything tomato or spicy seasoning, even though she loves stuff spicy. So it limits a lot of stuff for seasoning.
But I throw them on a cookie cooling rack and then a baking sheet, so air can circulate around the tilapia.
