My LO is 5 weeks and just starting to go longer stretches in between bottles. Last night he slept from about 12:30 to 5:45am. We always put him down when we go to bed but other than that, he sleeps when he's sleepy.
I want to start adjusting it closer to what it will be as he gets older. Does anyone have a sleep schedule/routine that works well for baby as well as you and your SO?

My LO is 11 weeks now but when he was 5 it was very similar to yours. The only thing that changed was when I changed his feeding schedule. I went from on demand to a two hour schedule (recommended by my ped b/c my LO was "topping off" every 45 min. and I was exhausted).
Now, due to the eating schedule, he eats, then has awake time for about 30 min to an hour and then falls asleep for at least 1.5 hours. this goes on from 830 am-930pm then we get him ready for bed. His last feeding is somewhere around 1030/1100 which means he is laying down at 1130ish and (fingers crossed) does his first stretch until 430 a.m.
