We countered near our asking price. She counters back right away, and her soninlaw, her realtor, forgoes his commission to get the price where we want it. We accept! Wow, that was way too easy. We're under contract... Again. So, say a little prayer that inspections go aok. We're very nervous since the last TWO times this fell through. And, here's some ice cream for reading all of this!

    Thanks!!!!!! We sign the contract at 11!

    I think I might pack a picnic and go to the zoo! The weather is perfect here today for February, 45 and sunny!

    We're all feeling better. DH just got home from work, so perfect time to chill and hang!

    I'm nervous that Sunday showing lady will put in an offer. I went upstairs after her showing and it defiantly smelled like sick people, ew!

    We will know about inspections tomorrow! We have a few weeks to find a new house.

    She wants all the curtains in our house which is funny to me, because Liam's are navy blackout curtains and Jack's are striped and really baby looking. Oh well, looks like we will be buying new ones!
