I am going insane. I go to bed each night pretty early in an effort to maybe finally get to sleep, and then I'm awake all night with no ability to fall asleep. I get maybe one good night of sleep a week. Anyone else dealing with this?
I had this problem last week. I just couldn't get comfortable. I found laying on my side with a small pillow in between my knee's helped. I don't know why but it worked wonders. I sleep like a rock now.
I'm having the same prooblem here and there. I've learned to nap during the day when I can so I don't get so frustrated when I can't sleep at night. Getting up really early not being able to sleep helps me to catch up on all my girly DVR'd TV shows though!
Well I'm glad to hear I'm not the only person dealing with this... Talked to the midwife this morning and she suggested exercise when I get home from work in the early evening, unisom if I need it, or to look for a Mother's tea at a local coop.
I'm going to try exercising when I get home tonight.
I can't sleep either. Naps on the sofa during the day and I've been sleeping in the guest room lol dh is fighting off the sick and I do not want to catch it!
I'm having so much trouble sleeping. I can easily go to bed at like 8pm and I'm wide awake by midnight. Than I end up tossing and turning the rest of the night. Plus I've been having such messed up dreams that are so vivid and feel sooo real they wake me up. I usually have to be up by 5am to get ready for work, today I was up at 3:30am by no choice of mine and wide awake.
I had that problem around week 3 and 4 when I hit week 5 I do nothing but sleep and day dream about sleep. I still get up to pee but fall right back to sleep. Hang in there things change quickly I am learning.

Dear Sleep,
Please come back, I miss you dearly! lol
I'm waking more frequently and getting up earlier, but I think it's because I'm so FREAKING excited!!! And I haven't told DH yet...so it's on my mind.
