  I was also looking into a prenatal yoga DVD at one time (decided to just stick with the one I have and do modifications) .  From what I have researched it sounds like "Crunch Yoga Mom" staring Susan Elkind, is the best one offered.  However, this also depends on your experience with yoga too.  From what I have read this dvd is good if you are simply looking for a methodical prenatal dvd, but if your looking for something a little more, you may find this dvd lacking.  There is another DVD on Amazon I have been debating on getting: The Perfect Pregnancy Workout.  It seems to be a little more challenging.

  i have Long and Lean - something like that...it's a prenatal DVD with a bonus post natal ab workout. Pretty good so far.

  I love Crunch yoga mama and for the end of pregnancy like Im doing it now Shiva Rea Prenatal yoga is great. both of these are 45 min to an hour.

  for other dvds non yoga I like. 
  Summer Sanders prenatal dvd, Lindsey Brin prenatal DVD and
  Saturday: Prenatal DVD- Buff Moms to Be- Full Body toning and sculpting.

  I am a fitness dvd junkie

  I go to the Tara Stiles channel on my widget menu (internet enabled TV) and choose from hundreds of her routines. I do not do anything that twists my torso or puts me upside down or inverted. I think she has lots of DVD's and you can even find her routines on Youtube. I keep it light, ten-ish minute routines with which I am familiar.
