I'm so hungry I might die and when I'm this hungry I can't think straight. Am I a bad person if I go to the same place to eat lunch two days in a row? Every other place I could go, I look at the menu and just go "meh".
I'm not even sure I'm dressed enough to go where I want to go today.
Anyway... what's everyone else having?

Re: WFL?
I used to go to the same Quizno's in Cambridge (when we lived in MA) so often that they knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. I say as long as you haven't gotten to that point yet, you can go back to the same place.
I haven't decided what to eat yet! Maybe all of your replies will give me an idea.

I used this post for the basic instructions, because I had never made it in the Crock-Pot before, but I used my own recipe.
https://www.creatingthroughlife.com/2011/10/crock-pot-lasagna.html
I ended up cheating and used jarred sauce because I'm having some issues with my hands, and just couldn't chop everything. I used Muir Glen organic tomato and basil, plus an extra can of Muir Glen crushed tomatoes with basil. some fresh garlic, basil, salt and pepper. I added that to one pound of browned ground turkey, and let it all cook for a little bit while I mixed the cheese layers.
I used one-third of the sauce in the bottom of the Crock-Pot, then a layer of lasagna noodles. On top of that I added a layer of cottage cheese (2/3 a small tub) mixed with one cup of mozzarella cheese, a handful of freshly grated Parmesan, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Another layer of pasta and then another third of the sauce, then another layer of pasta.
Next, I mixed a whole small tub of ricotta, about two cups of fresh spinach leaves, one cup of mozzarella, garlic, basil and salt and pepper and layered that on, followed by the last bit of pasta, and then the remainder of the sauce. I cooked it on low for four hours, and it was ready by then.
I left it on warm for a while, until we were ready to eat, and just put a little more mozzarella on the top to let it melt. I wish I had done that earlier, that's the only think I'll do differently.
It really is amazing how well it turned out. Twenty or so minutes of work, and then I just got to forget about it!
