  Clarify?  If you are referring to the medical expense deduction, it's been raised to 10% of your a.g.i. from 7.5%.  Meaning you can only start taking deductions on your medical experiences you paid out of pocket if it exceeds 10% of your adjusted gross income, and you can only deduct the amount that exceeds 10%.
