Miserable

Pregnancy is starting to make me resent men and kind of find my own mother more tolerable. And I feel like a pathetic whale lying on a sand bank. The ocean is in sight but I don't have the energy to drag myself off the shore.

Don't get me wrong...I'm happily married to an amazing compassionate man. But like my brothers? Who are old enough to have more respect for any and every woman whether she is a mother or not? Who say onoxious things like pregnancy grosses them out but they definitely want children?
Yea. ..while I'm dying from what feels like a million ailments just like every mom does to bring their babies into theworld to only know that they will never be able to know just how difficult it is physically and emotionally? Yea...I'm definitely wanting to karate chop a few throats right now.

The first time I posted on a UO board on a different website I got brutally attacked and I immediately deleted my info and came here. People can be really cruel sometimes but you have to figure that everyone's hormone levels are different right now and some people just handle them differently than others.

I feel terribly for my DH b/c I'm so miserable! Everything hurts! My 2 year old even grunts now when she picks something up - just like me!! I jump and squeal when I go to walk and my sciatica acts up. My ligaments under my belly are stretching so there are times when I'm hunched over. I even tell my husband that I swear I'm not exaggerating the pain.

As for resenting men - if they said that pregnancy was gross to , I'd punch them in the groin. That's HORRIBLE. Some men are just ignorant. I say punch 'em. You'll feel better

Oh good grief....

OP.. Some of us are feisty and cranky and opinionated, I choose to ignore them. I want to pinch 99% of the people I encounter on a daily basis. This is the one place I can hear stories of women in my shoes so I don't know why we would ever be snappy to each other. Women hating women . Glad you are getting along with your mama!
