I just received a Facebook message from Gisa telling me that I needed to do her a favor and login to a PayPal account called "gift for Carey". 

I am absolutely blown away by your love and generosity and can't help getting all misty eyed. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all those who contributed to this wonderful surprise! I told her that even though it might be creepy to say this, I really love you all!  

Your kind words and support through our journey with Avery, and wonderful advice and ideas as we prepare to bring Blake home mean more to me than you will ever know. Thank you for being there for me and always making me feel welcome even though I am at a different point than you all. I am seriously so blessed and humbled by your amazingly kind gesture!

    It's always wonderful to hear from you, Carey!  It's an honor to be a part of your journey with Avery and your whole family, even in the smallest way.
