SleepEasy or No Cry Sleep Solution?

For those who have read either (or both!), what is the general premise/methodology of each and which would you recommend?

    SleepEasy is a CIO method, and No Cry is not.  IMO No Cry was a waste of money.  It was a lot of common sense stuff that we were already doing.  SleepEasy was wonderful.  It worked great for our family and I would say to give it a try!

    IMO, the NCSS is super complicated and not that great. Like PP said, it gives some pretty common sense advice that you are probably already doing. You could get it from the library just to see though. I just got the sleepeasy solution, haven't used it yet, but it seems like much more of a "Solution" than No Cry. HTH!
