I swear I'm not pregnant again but I really WANT a freakin Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard from Dairy Queen! Ugh! I have really been trying to watch what i eat but I don't know what it is about those damn blizzards that are so satisfying! I have 5 more pounds to lose to be at my pre-pregnancy weight BUT I wasn't at my ideal weight before getting KU so...i would like to lose 30 total! It's so frustrating.
What are you ladies doing to keep on track? Any suggestions? My schedule is so crazy...I wish i had more time to work out!

I'm doing WW and I really like it. I get extra points for BFing and I feel like it allows for a lot of flexibility.
I am dairy free but man, a Blizzard sounds amazing right now!
I was one of the lucky ones who actually weighed less after giving birth than my prepregnancy weight. It was totally the GD diet that did it, so that is what I am mostly following now.
I'm making some allowances since I'm not really needing to watch sugar but for the most part that is what I am following.
I was not at my ideal weight pre-pregnancy so if I could loose an additional 10-15 pounds I'd be happy. We will be TTC again in June/July---I'd like to be at goal before then.

I've been trying to track what I eat on an app on my phone (My Net Diary) and DH and I have signed up for a few 5Ks this spring / summer which is keeping me motivated!

whats the GD diet? Ive just been eating less during the week and trying to exercise at least 4x a week but I still have 14 lbs to lose.
