Hi ladies, I have been lurking around here for a while and just wanted to say hi 
My DH and I have only been TTC for about 6 months (I know that isn't long) but found out I had an ectopic pregnancy in the middle of November. My doc caught it very early so I only had to have one methotrexate shot (Nov 30th). I am still in the waiting period for AF to show up. I don't have a cycle without the help of medication so maybe within the next couple of weeks the doc will give me some provera to help jump start me again.
Lurking around here the past few months has really helped me get through the rough road that we were facing and I just wanted to say ....THANK YOU!!
You girls are a great support system!!

Sorry for your loss.. Thank god your doctor caught that Ectopic in time.
I have needed Provera in the past to bring on my AF. That pill is my life savor. I hope you wont need to take it and your period comes on naturally. After my 1st mc I didnt get my period until 4 months later with provera. My second loss i was futher along in my pregnancy (21wks) and surprisedly AF came exactly 6weeks later..

I think I can count how many times I had an actual cycle on one hand besides the ones from being on BC (seasonale). Meds thankfully helped the last time so hoping this time won't be any different.

I am really sorry you had to go through that. I waited nearly 3 years before I got my first BFP and when it ended in MC I was destroyed. This board has helped me tremendously.
I know what your talking about for AF and not showing up on her own. I personally only have 3-4 cycles a year on my own so my doctor had to start my AF with Provera also. My RE and my OB said that 40 days from my D&C if AF hadn't showed up that I could start provera which is in 5 days! So I would call and talk to them about it.

I have talk to my doc before I got the shot and after and she said that if AF hasn't shown up by the beginning of Feb that I should call again and she would start me on provera again.

TTC since March 2010 ~ Dx Unexplained IF September 2011
2011: IUI + Clomid = CP#1
2012: 3 more IUIs + Clomid = 3 more CPs. One on-our-own pg, also CP
2013: BTB IUI + Lupron/Follistim/Prometrium/PIO = CP #6
IF testing, RPL testing, Autoimmune testing = all normal
So lost.
