Hello again. I previously asked if anyone had any experience with Hypnobirthing or Hypnobabies but got no reply..
I am now on the hunt to know if anyone has had any experience with Blissborn???

I enjoyed the class and think that with practice this can really be helpful. I'm not due till next month though, so we'll see how it goes!
I have a cousin in another state who used Hypnobirthing (or Hypnobabies?) - I forget which - for her birth in October and she really liked it.
