  I'm surprised you got a pump! I ordered on 1/4 and have heard nothing. No one will answer the phone so I emailed as requested and got no answer. I was able to get the most info from their Facebook page (Lucinacare) but they have since taken it down. I understand they are swamped with orders, but did they seriously not see this coming? No point in having the insurance benefit if it can't be fulfilled.

  This and mine is now not comin til mid march at the earliest because my health insurance won't cover hospital grade and that's all Lucina had at first.... I got back to work march 18.... Thanks uhc!!!

  So I contacted UHC about this today and they told me to go through Edgepark. https://www.edgepark.com/
  
  I had to sit on hold for 45 minutes, and they will only provide the Ameda Purely Yours was hoping for a Medela but at this point beggars can't be choosers. It should arrive next week.

  Yes, Genadyne has the worst customer service! I actually wanted to order through them, but never could get ahold of anyone to help me. I obviously dodged a bullet there! When their Facebook page was up, it was full of upset people. They continued to tell people to email them, but then they would never reply to the emails. It's been a couple weeks and I have yet to hear back from them.
