Conversation between myself and H last night:

Me: So you know how I carry this baby around for 9 months and you get to just basically hang out.

H: Well, yeah?

Me: So after the baby is born, you can take over and carry this baby around for the next 9 months.

H: Well.... ok.  But if we are going to be fair, for that time you cannot hold the baby, or feed him, or look at him.  If you have your eyes closed, every now and again I will let you feel the baby kick through a blanket.  Sound good?

Me: I retract my previous statement.

    I handed Hubby a mango in the grocery store this weekend and said, this is what is sitting on my bladder- plus it's living quarters and "stuff". I kind of hope our birthing class has one of those empathy belly thingies and he has to wear it. I'm tiny, I'm not used to extra weight besides my chest, so I'm a bit nervous I will be one of those waddley-duck mommas near the end!
