I got so carried away playing with baby clothes and cleaning the laundry room I forgot to spam the shiiit out of this place today. Hooray for Sundays off!!
My sister and BIL are having us over for steaks tonight to say "thank you" for helping with my nieces while he's been away at work and she works nights.
It's a nice and unexpected gesture. I fully appreciate their wanting to thank us. However, my sister said they'd have dinner around 6pm when she got off work (she worked a day shift) but then I got a text an hour ago saying it'd be more like 7-7:30pm That's a little late for P to eat and H goes to the gym for 8pm so it's a little late for him too. Typically we eat dinner around 5:30-6pm.
I'm not being ungrateful but I wish BIL was more on the ball and could have it ready earlier. He spent the day napping since he was working and my mom had the girls. He didn't pick them up until 5ish and was JUST going to the store.

I am leveling in WoW. I am getting hungry though...
I should have been doing that today. I got half a level yesterday bit then we decided to kill illidan. I finally got my shaman her t6 chest she's been waiting for since it was new.
H just told me the dog had another seizure today. He said he recorded it but then deleted it because it was cruel. Ugh. We've not been able to tape them when they happen simply because it wasn't a thought too but I would like to have example for vet visits. UGH!!

I have a feeling baby girl will get confused for a boy a lot. I am having a tough time letting go of most of the boy clothes.
Eh. We have a ton of stuff that is either gender neutral or boy related, and we only have a girl. I like some of the boy jammies better! So I say who cares?

Maybe she'll have a bunch of hair you can put clips in. Then she'll look girly. Either way, babies get called the wrong sex all the time.
No matter how pink her outfit is, B gets mistaken for a boy constantly...even when she is wearing one of those garish headbands with flowers (I love the crap out of those). She's pretty bald, though.
That is ridiculous; people are so dumb. Like you didn't make it obvious enough with the bows and pink clothes! Short hair = boy. Duh.

Sorry about your dog.
My guess is the vet would probably like to see it. MH is a pediatrician and I know sometimes parents videotape seizures (or what they think are seizures) to show to the pedi. I know that dog =/= baby, but I think it would probably still seem relevant to the vet.
Not trying to make you feel worse though.
I just want to slap him in the head. To us the seizures are getting worse as she has them so I would like to have a "baseline" for the vet to see to judge them as they progress.

Sometimes it won't matter what they wear, because people like to base the guess on gender on the amount of hair on baby's head. I don't know how many times Nora was mistaken for a boy because she didn't have a head full of hair.

Nice. I'm halfway through 89. I can see the end... for my Mage. Still have those final 20 levels on my Druid. Those are brutal one's too.
Also, I think I have a problem. I am seriously considering giving my 30$ Amazon Gift Card to DH so I can get him to order me a Beco Gemini carrier. I found one that is really pretty. I also want another soft structured carrier for myself. I have an Ergo, but it was more for DH than me.

Ooh which one. None of the carriers I looked at were pretty to me but the first one I buy will have to be neutral so he can wear it too.

They have one called Orion that is a limited edition one and another that is an all over print called Ginger.

So, I've found out my kid HATES when he diaper is even a tiny bit dirty. Rosie will take a sh!t and pretend it never happened until you smell her. Cade though goes apeshit until you change him.
I wonder if identical twins ever wonder if they started out by a different name?
Some good friends of mine are twins. Their mother was told they were having one boy. What a surprise when she went into labor...
This is what my nightmares were made of throughout both of my pregnancies.
You and me both, sister. My DH was a twin. My grandma on my mother's side was a fraternal twin. My grandfather on my father's side was a fraternal twin. I think this is also another factor further solidifying no more babies for me. I would shiit if I had two and planned on one.

I'm really itching to go see a drag show again. I always have the time of my life with some queens!
I've heard really good things about drag shows. I want to go see one, but I feel like it's one of those things where I would need a reason to go... like a bachelorette party or something
Side note: Chrome doesn't recognize the word bachelorette
My girlfriends and I did a LBD night out for the helluvit a couple years back, and we stubbled upon the Miss Iowa Drag competition. I mean, those ladies werked it. It was better than any pageant I've ever seen on television.

Ugh, so annoyed now. MIL is our "cleaning lady", she came over today to clean (we pay her to help me keep this house clean). Well, she did the dishes and like ramed one of the dishwasher pegs through Rosie's Camelbak cup spout. So when I went to get her water I discovered it's completely shredded and torn up where the little slit thing is, completely rendering the cup useless. Now I have a screaming toddler who want that freaking cup. Ugh...
Re: Spamless Sunday
I love boy clothes! They're so cute!
Here too. I hate Sundays for this exact reason.
I am going to mix and match with girlie stuff and it's gonna be sweet.

I still have 3 hours to go and I am ready for bed myself.

Aww that's sweet. My kid doesn't fall asleep on me unless he's sick and it's the middle of the night.

I really like the Orion! Super cute.

My dogs got breastmilk more than once.
Poop can never go unmentioned in a whole day here in Parenting- fact!
I dont think it is weird, some cats, like mine, cant really handle milk. So just give him a little to test it.
You just described like 70% of my FB. So many of my old HS buddies either laying on the drama or breeding when they really shouldn't.
I agree with this.
I want to buy a Decadent dough mix and eat the whole thing with a spoon.
