  I like Teva Psyclone sandals.

  Search around online and you can probably find some cheaper than on Teva's website. The ones I've had in the past do seem to run almost a whole size large.

  I've seen Carter's carry the little mesh water shoes....if you don't care if he wears them into the water, Target usually has a lot of little sandals with neoprene material and straps.

  I LOVE keens. They are like a tennis shoe (with grip) but can be used as a water shoe and sandals and anti microbial
