Well, I did get the results back and I still don't have any answers. I talked to my dr. yesterday and she said that the results came back inconclusive. They weren't able to say the lesions were one thing or another Since they weren't able to identify the lesions they are sending me to a gastric specialist to see if they can give me some answers.
My appt isn't until the middle of Feb. so I have all this extra time to think about what it could be and all the possible scenarios. I know that is not real productive but this not knowing is just killing me. If I knew what it was, good or bad, and we had a plan I'd be ok but being caught in this limbo of the unknown is torture.
I'm butting in here too. Just wanted you to know I had my gallbladder out yesterday. I know you are dealing with more issues than that, but I also did the gastroenologist sp? route and did a LOT of waiting too. Try to stay positive and stay off google :
Ugh, I'm so sorry that's going to take that long. I know what you mean...the not knowing is so much worse than just knowing and taking the next step. Hugs...
Re: :::serendipity:::
Thanks for remembering

So very sorry you have to wait all that time!! Will the call you If they have a cancellation and can get you in sooner?
You know, I have no idea. They are the only specialist for that hospital so I know they are pretty packed. I can probably call and ask though.
