I am absolutely ashamed at the state my house is in. I haven't been able to really get down and take care of the house in about two weeks. It looks terrible.

Chicken is in the crockpot. I'm SO excited for dinner!!!

I'm thawing out some wild-caught cod to saute with butter and lemon. And I'm going to make mashed sweet potatoes and steam some green beans. I don't give two fcuks - my family is eating healthy tonight! I'm going to do my best to make it yummy for my anti-healthy family members, though.

Only at restaurants. I only buy oranges on rare occasions. Mostly when I think DS might eat them.

That seems so strange to me, lol. But I think that's because I'm in Florida and oranges are...well, they're not scarce here. Oranges are ALWAYS available in our house!

They also taste a lot better. I'm in maine. There is NOTHING like a fresh orange. Maybe I'm too picky? I have family in FL and I used to pick them off thier tree when I went to visit. Mmmmm, I miss it.

I have a recipe for whole wheat fruit pancakes that I want to try soooo badly. The recipe originally calls for bananas, but I want to add blueberries. Then drizzle with maple syrup. I think I know what's for breakfast tomorrow.

Hank's got this amazing blonde fro. These two ringlets at the top remind me of NF because she's always using GIFs of Loki... he wears that headdress with the big fat horns on them.

That reminds me of an episode of Whose Line is it Anyways? They were playing the props in a box game. All of the props were hats.

One of them pulls out a mining helmet with the light. His line, "I'd take you out for drinks, but I'm a minor."

Another one pulls out a viking helmet and says, "I'm horny."

I loved that show.

I hafta go say good-bye to my grandmother tomorrow. My sister called yesterday to tell me that the hospice worker said she wouldn't make it much longer, and my mom called today to say that they're convinced of the same.

I told my grandmother when last I saw her that I'd make her some brownies. I will make them tonight and bring them to her tomorrow. My mom says that she's not eating. Hopefully, she'll eat a couple bites of my brownies.

This is going to be really, really hard for my family. She is the last of this generation. My dad, my aunts and uncles and their cousins... it's going to be heartbreaking.
