    Hello Ladies!

    Congratulations to the BFPs and hugs for the BFNs.  

    I had a follie check yesterday and another one tomorrow.  ER should be over the weekend.  And the PGD on day 3.

    My favorite cold weather drink is hot chocolate.

    Jan 21,2013: 6 going strong at 8 cell stage!

    Jan 23, 2013: Transfer scheduled

    And btw Crinone side effects suck! Major hot flashes!

    FET 1 is scheduled for tomorrow. I went for lining check on Friday and it was an 8...which of course leads to Googling and anow I'm worried that's too thin. Anyway. PIO shots are not fun at all. And I realized my husband is going to be traveling for 5 days before test day and I don't know what I'm supposed to do about the PIO shots. I'll have to ask tomorrow if there's a muscle that I can reach so I can do it myself...or if I can use Crinone instead?nbsp; I am a hot green tea fan.nbsp;


    GL tomorrow!! And step away from Dr Google!!! 8 or more is a good lining!! And GL with the PIO when your DH is out of town. Maybe have a friend do it? And have your nurse circle the spot?

    Hello everyone!I wish everybody all the best, be it for cycling, waiting or healingnbsp; lt;3I'm now 6dp3dt and the hcg booster is still in my system, ugh! I've had 4 transfers and learnt nothing from them. I am, of course, obsessing about every little symptom. Am I feeling different from all the other times? Do my BBs hurt? Do they hurt more or less than yesterday? Wait, was that a cramp? Hmm, I'm peeing all the time, so... This is exhausting... I had a class today about anaesthetics and kept fantasizing about being on propofol until all this is over...nbsp; nbsp; QOTD: I drink everything at room temperature or hot throughout the year. But in the winter I go up a notch... I hope I don't make anybody gag but I love hot coke with ginger slices. It's a great drink for a common cold, you get some caffeine, some sugar and the ginger clears up your sinuses nice 'n easy. At the moment I'm enjoying different kinds of fruit teas.


    Ugh the dreaded 2ww wait. I hope you get great news very soon!!!

I have and will continue to keep you all in my prayers!!nbsp; So, it looks like I'm going to be a February girl... as of yesterday we are delayed for a cyst and probably won't even start stims until Feb 2nd.nbsp; I'll know more of our next steps once my nurse calls me this afternoon but looks like I'll be going back next Monday for another baseline u/s and blood work.nbsp; I'm still going to be watching you're check in's to keep up with you all but I might end up joining the February group.nbsp; Love to you all!!nbsp; lt;3

    Hey Ladies! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm in a pretty wretched mood today. I had ER this morning, and out of 16 mature follicles, the only got 10 eggs. I know I shouldn't complain, but I was really hoping for more. And as mentioned in earlier post we most likely have to freeze our embryos, if we even have any good ones, and transfer in a few weeks. I had an early surge in progesterone, which can cause problems for implanting embryos. I am so confused by this, as my lining is perfect, and we need progesterone to keep ia good lining. None of this makes any sense to me, and I am so upset and frustrated! But, that's IF, right?! Just trying to rest today and stay as calm as I can.nbsp;QOTD: I don't have any special cold weather drinks. I just stick to plain boring coffee with hazelnut cream.nbsp;


    I'm so sorry things didn't go as expected for you. I hope you get some answers soon and your transfer, whenever that may happen goes well. Hugs

    Hi bears, love and hugs to those that need them!!I had ER this am, they got 11 eggs, I was hoping for more i know that sounds horrible and i dont mean to sound ungrateful but since this is all OOP we pretty much know this will be our one shot, so we were hoping to have a few to freeze, but its out of our hands. We are just praying for a good fert report. Besides the nasuea, which comes and goes, i'm not feeling too bad. QOTD: hmmm i love egg nog spiked with whiskey or spiced rumnbsp;i know its not hot but i only drink it around the winter/holidays, then theres also my go to pumpkin spiced latte at starbucks, as mentioned before. There were a few good suggestions on this board, i may need to test a few out : GL to everyone!!

I'm anxious to hear what they have to say about my situation and see if they can offer any advice.

    I have decided to wait until my beta on Friday with the thought that I will be able to function this week BUT every cramp and every drip of the hateful crinone makes me neurotic. I have to make it through this week.

    My fav cold weather drink is hot chocolate. The darker the better.

    Clomid 4cycles pregnancy ended in MC 6/12
    IUI #1,2, 3 and 4 ALL BFN.
    Moved on to IVF in Jan. 2013 Beta #1 288, Beta #2 529 Heartbeat on 2/8! Miscarriage at 15 weeks. 4 months to be complete. Every test known to science. No known reason for MC. FET Oct 2013 BFP on 11/2. Beta# 1 910.     I'm suprisingly ok....for now :)   I had a conversation with a family friend today who went through IVF years ago....she said, "Enjoy your break...maybe smoke some pot, do some drugs, and get drunk because that is where babies really come from." She had me in tears laughing so hard....I really needed that!!

    Thanks :)   I'm strangely looking forward to having some time off....this was our 4th IVF cycle in 6 months so I'm pretty fried!!!

    I had ER on Sunday. We got 13 eggs, 11 were mature, 6 fertilized normally.

    Last time we got 12 eggs, 11 mature, fertilized normally. They did a 3 day transfer last time. The other 4 made it to blast.

    This time they are planning on a 5 day transfer Friday. I get an update tomorrow!

    I definitely love hot chocolate during the winter months.

    Update on me:  Had ER today.  We're doing a 2dt, so I'll be going in on Thursday!  So exciting!

    Hi ladies! Sorry again for the formatting with the checkin, the internet is out and I posted with my phone!! Congrats to our BFPs and hugs to those who need them. Yesterday was my ER and they got 18 eggs, woo hoo!! Just waiting for the fert report today. Tomorrow we'll know if we're doing the transfer on Thursday or Saturday. GL to all the other Polar Bears! ETA: forgot the QOTD! I like hot tea in the winter, I drink it every day!! Another edit: just got the fert report. Out of the 18 retrieved, 15 were mature and 11 fertilized with ICSI!!

    Unbelievable that the time is already here...triggering tonight for Thursday egg retrieval!  Today my E2 was 1743, out of the 14 follies my doctor is hoping that we'll get 12 eggs.  I am so happy to be done with the 5am/5pm shots...especially the IMs...my poor glutes need a break.  I'm going to make the most of this temporary pain free time because I've read plenty here about PIO shots and I'm dreading them!  Good luck to the rest of you and huge hugs to those who need them right now.     

    My favorite winter drink would have to be red wine and vanilla lattes...I guess it's time to find something new!

    Posting super late.....but my transfer on Wednesday went great!  Transferred 2 blasts and just got the call we had 5 to freeze.  God is so good and we are so thankful!   Hoping and praying this is it!!
