Most Bullied Baby Names

Kids are cruel no matter what you name your child but the name we were considering has a  highly "tease" rate according to parentsconnect so I'm really considering changing it. There are just too many cruel things that rhyme with it that I never thought of and my husband is dying laughing at some of the teased suggestions the commentors left.

Here is the link that lets you insert a baby name and it tells you the meaning, popularity, tease/bully rate, comments from people that have the name and so forth. Super handy little tool.

    It worked for me. You have to search a name and the click on the tab that says "considering this name?'

    Very cool. Thanks. We are thinking about a specific boy name and FIL told me not to name baby that because I thinks he would be teased. Started to make me rethink the name even though it bothered me he decided to get involved. Best part is that name is no more bullied than any of he others we were considering so YAY

    All of our names are fairly tame on the bullying per that site. Good news I guess.

    This was really entertaining!  Thanks for posting.  I've been teasing my husband because only 50% of people with his name like it and he thinks it's great lol

    The bully rating for our name is 56%, but a few of the people who commented said they like the nickname they got from the name.  And 77% said they liked having it as their name.  So, I think I'll stick with it.

    Our girls name is Calla and the only people who complain really about being teased is the kids who's parents mis-spelled Kayla for them.  Poor kids.  Can't blame them for not liking it!  87% say they like having it as their name.

    For bullying purposes, make sure to remember to consider initials!   A friend of mine picked Declan Owen Ross... and their last name is King.  Yup, she gave her poor son the initials DORK. LOL  Since both his parents are geeks (like me, so no judgement there), I have a feeling this one may be especially poignant.

     I also did the survey of my name: Jaime, because I feel like people should know it's never ever spelled right for me.
