What do you think of Blake?

I have a few questions about a name. Blake. Do you like it? Do you think it's more of a boy name than a girl name? Any suggestion on middle names for a boy? Do you think it goes well with a sister named Khloe (not asking for opinions on Khloe's name just Blake)?

I think it is more of a boy name than girl, but one of my close friends has a 7 month old daughter named Blake so...I can see it as both, but still more boy than girl.

I think it's a fine boy's name. I don't generally care for abrupt names with spiky consonants, so it isn't my cup of tea, but there's nothing wrong with it. I have a friend who named her son Blake because she is a William Blake fangirl, which I thought was a nice way to have one foot in the past and another in the present.

I like Blake better for a boy but my husband thought maybe for a girl so I thought I would keep things open and ask all of you. I just can't think of a middle name. I would love for it to have a J middle name but don't like joshua or jeremy, any other suggestions?

I love the name Blake! I would use it myself but I already have a Liam...so it would be a little to William Blake.

I think it's a great name for a boy! I don't like it at all for a girl!

I like Blake for both - we nearly named DS6 Blake, but decided to go with a family name. We also talked about it at one point for a girl - it was never on the Top 5 list, but it was a favorite of ours for either gender. It's one of the very few names I would consider using if we were ever Team Green and wanted the same name for either
