Babymoon? Check!

I'm so excited we booked out babymoon last night! We are going to spend 4 days in Key West at a beautiful resort on the Gulf :) We are going the first weekend in June and I will be around 27 weeks.

 

Anyone else planning any babymoons?!

    Exciting! We went to Key West last July. Which resort?

    I'm actually doing some research today to try to narrow down where we're going.

    Hyatt Resort & Spa. We had our wedding at a Grand Hyatt so we got to use the points we were given to book a few of the nights!

    Congrats. I love Key West!

    I don't think we are planning on taking any big trips. But, we live by the ocean so I plan on turning summer into one long babymoon at the beach. haha.

    That sounds fun!

    H is in a wedding in Tampa and we just booked a whole week at the hotel. I'll be about 18 weeks along and am looking forward to relaxing on the beach :)

    Key West sounds so nice!!

    We're planning a trip to Europe mid May to visit Paris and London, I can't wait!

    We live in New England and will probably stay local, perhaps a weekend trip to cape cod or somewhere on Maine.

    I love Key West!! You're going to have a blast.

     

    I live in Central Florida so the beach is less than an hour away.  I graudate from grad school in May and the graduation is in Melbourne which is a beach town.  We may just turn my graduation into a baby moon and stay there a few days.

    We are going to a wedding in the Hamptons in June so we are renting a house with another couple for the week. Might take a trip up to Newport RI where his family has a place.

    We did ours just before getting pregnant, we did two weeks in Europe.

    We'll do another small get-away in April for our anniversary - probably a long weekend in Chicago, nice hotel, and just bum around downtown, eat fun food and stroll through the art museum.

    I'm tagging along on DH's work trip to Chicago in a couple of weeks, not exactly a babymoon but probably the last time we will go away without DD and DS before LO arrives, we are heading to Disney in May so that will be a whole family babymoon.

    The Westin. We got a really good deal because the wedding blocked off a lot of rooms.

    The Westin. We got a really good deal because the wedding blocked off a lot of rooms. 

     

    Nice, that hotel is great! They have a great seafood restaurant (Aqua?) inside and their own little mini beach. We got married at the Grand Hyatt right across form it. The area is very nice.

    V&G I LOVE your pic in your signature!... We are trying to decide where we're going. I would LOVE to go to Paris. But I don't think I could handle the flight while pregnant. And I've been as far as Bali before. ugh!

    Key West sounds great. My DH has a work trip in Orlando the week of our 4-year-anniversary, so we are trying to plan for us to meet in Miami after he is done. His parents will watch our DS, and we can spend 3-4 days soaking up the sun and eating at fun places. This will be end of March, so I'll be ~20 weeks.

    We are planning something, but havent booked anything just yet. I live in NJ so I am thinking about just driving down the coast to Virgina beach or down to NC maybe.

    We are going to the Bahama's in Mid March. The trip was planned before we knew we were pregnant again but I cannot wait! Our DD is coming with us so not a total babymoon but my mom and aunt will also be there and are planning on keeping her for some of the nights so we can get some rest before the baby comes. It is also going to be our honeymoon before our wedding since we probably won't get to go on one after our wedding since it is so close to our vacation. We have done things a little out of order here and now it is all getting smashed into a small time frame :)

    We are in the process of booking Cabo for spring break.  I have never been (been to plenty of other places in Mexico) so I am excited!

    There are 29 one way tickets to FL from NJ! We are probably going to go down for a long weekend if we can find a great hotel deal.

    Our "babymoon" will be next month in WDW with our toddler...how romantic Wink

    I actually have a work thing in Utah in April and we're thinking about DH coming with and staying for an extra couple days...if we can find a sitter.

    We actually live in South Florida and even though I've lived here all my life I've never been to Key West. So we'll be making a trip down in May! DD will be staying with my mom and it'll be nice to get some alone time with DH.

    Fun, I love Key West! I haven't been for a while but would love to go back.

    We definitely want to do something this summer before the baby comes, but no set plans yet. I'm thinking either Savannah, GA with a couple nights on St. Simon's Island or a long weekend in Asheville, NC. Either way we can probably only go for a long weekend so I want to keep wherever we go within driving distance.
